Service Description

Capture your property from every angle with our real estate photography and video services at Life in NB Photography. Whether you're looking for stunning indoor photos or breathtaking aerial views from a drone, I will showcase your property in the best light possible. I have a certified Canadian Advanced Drone certification. All real estate shots, come with free drone shoots! The pricing is based on square footage. If you have a 1700 sq ft home, and wanted photos only, the cost would be $150, if you wanted photos and a video (outdoor or indoor walkthrough videos) it would be another $125 for a total cost of 275. All photos and video's are professionally edited using my own purchased software. Matterport walkthroughs are available as a separately purchased service. **Please note that some properties may be in restricted airspace and may require proper flight authorizations for those areas (this is where having an advanced pilot cert comes in handy)

Cancellation Policy

-No Rescheduling Fee. -No Cancellation Fee, if cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled photoshoot. -Bookings cannot be made inside of 2 days.
